We were having AC problems with summer heat fast approaching. I contacted three other companies; the big guys in my area; and even to get someone out to check out the problem was over a week out. Right Now come out the next day. They went thru my existing system and were able to, on the spot, give me a rough estimate for the different options available. The quote and contract were available the next day for review. Along with information on finance options. They were cheaper then the other companies as well. Work started less then a week later and within two days work; we had a brand new furnace and ac package. They even reconfigured my cold air return to handle the bigger unit. Everything has warranties from the manufacturer and they cover everything else for one year. Best part... they stayed on budget. So, for anyone who needs a fast, great group of guys to fix their problems. Right Now Heat and Air are a great option!! Update: After the first hard winter season, we had a small concern about a possible leak. John came out same day thanks to Michelle’s coordinator magic. Small pinhole leak was found and fixed. It was covered under warranty so super easy. Thank you again team!
Cody and Dustin were great to have over to fix my furnace! Problem solving, and communication on the situation was clear. I appreciated the office calling back first thing in the morning after last night when i called. I also appreciated the price of the service call! John was fantastic. Our furnace quit working and I called Right Now about 2:00 in the afternoon. John was here after hours to repair it. I have used Right Now in the past and trust them explicitly, very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I called right now at 7:30 AM with problem with the furnace and no heat. The lady in the office was very nice. They told me it would be between 10:00am and noon and John would be here. After they found out, we had small kids in the house. She said I’ll try to get him out there as soon as possible. John showed up at 9 AM went above and beyond showed my son everything to look for and by the time I got home from work we had heat. very good customer service. Very nice people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area.
Great business! My boiler quit working and even on a late Friday they came out to replace my boiler on my request. They showed up and I showed them how my old boiler wasn't working. They could've said," yeah its old you need en immediate replacement", but they didnt! They fixed my boiler and this will be my go to company until they stop doing what they do. Thank you so much.
