I have been using Right Now Heat and Air for my furnace needs for about five years now. Most recently in early January 2026, my furnace quit working. I called my reliable company, Right Now. They always have the most polite lady in the office, Michelle, who carefully listens to you and takes your information. She ensures you they will be in touch soon, as they always are. In this case, Cody, the owner happened to be in the area and came to my house no later than an hour after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad switch. If you don't trust a company, you never what they can charge. Cody is always very, very fair and reasonable in what he charges, and in this case, I couldn't ask for a better price. He quickly fixed the bad switch and within a half hour my furnace was running good as new again. Pre-season, I did their annual tune-up for $199 and had one of their nice technicians (sorry I can't remember his name, a fine young gentleman) conduct the work. He explained everything he did and even installed a new condensation box while he was at my home, again at a most reasonable price. The young man was very diligent and professional in his work. Going back 3-4 years, I had a more serious issue with the furnace (it's getting up there in age) I believe with the burners and the collector box and John was the main man working on it. John was so nice and personable and explained everything he was doing along the way and why. It took him a while to get it all figured out and he never gave up. He was very persistent and wanted to get it fixed right. And he did. My furnace has been purring nicely ever since, albeit for the minor switch problem described above. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and personal communication everyone at Right Now Heat and Air exemplifies in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody and crew for your furnace needs.
We came home late in the afternoon to find that we had no heat and our furnace was not working. Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly, which was such a relief. Cody and Dustin came out and were incredibly friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. They took the time to educate us about our furnace, clearly explained the issue, and diagnosed and repaired it quickly. The service was efficient, honest, and very reasonably priced. We truly appreciated the knowledge and care they provided. I would highly recommend Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing HVAC service!
